Injury is tough. But doing it alone is even tougher.
Everyone tells you to push through — but nobody asks how you really feel.
Injury brings fear, hesitation, and “what if” thoughts — for everyone. You’re not alone in this.
Your mind needs support just as much as your body, and I’m here to help.
Science shows that physical rehab alone isn’t enough — athletes who don’t work on the mental side often:
50-70%
develop fear of movement that
blocks recovery
30%
higher re-injury rate
1 in 4
can’t return due to fear and anxiety
Injury put your body on pause. But this is your opportunity to train the one thing most athletes ignore: your mind. Built on psychology, neuroscience, and elite performance tools, this is where recovery becomes performance.
Noemi Mas
ABOUT NOEMI
This work is personal to me. I watched my brother receive world-class physical care for his injuries, but no one ever asked him how he was coping with the psychological side.
He wasn’t alone. Research shows 1 in 4 of injured athletes never return to their sport—not because their body failed, but because their mind never got the message, they were safe again
That’s why I’ve made it my mission to treat athletes not as machines to be fixed, but as whole humans. Because when body and mind heal together, that’s when complete recovery happens.
My name is Noemi and I specialize in supporting athletes through the mental side of injury recovery, addressing often overlooked but vital elements such as emotions, nervous system state, and limiting beliefs.
My approach combines sport psychology with mind–body science to help athletes reframe injury as an opportunity, restore confidence in their bodies, and return to sport with resilience and clarity. I use a tailored mix of mental conditioning, nervous system regulation, and subconscious reprogramming techniques to support both physical recovery and a stronger, more confident mindset.
DOES THIS SOUND LIKE YOU?
“I’m medically cleared, but…”
Your doctor says you’re fine. Your physio signed you off. Your scans look perfect.
And yet… something still feels off when you push yourself. You catch yourself protecting that area, holding back, or hesitating—even though nothing is physically wrong anymore.
I keep thinking about it happening again...
This sport means everything to me...
The cycle that never ends...
THAT'S WHY YOU'RE STUCK
This is why progress feels impossible. Your body may be healed, but your nervous system, movement patterns, and mindset haven’t fully caught up—so fear, hesitation, and self-protection keep holding you back. The 5R Resilience Framework™ gets you unstuck by realigning all of these layers—Reset, Rebuild, Reignite, Return, and Reinforce—so you can move freely, trust your body, and perform at your best again.
The missing piece: YOUR NERVOUS SYSTEM
Here's what your medical team didn't tell you: Injury isn't just physical. It's trauma that gets stuck in your nervous system. When You got injured, three things happened:
PHYSICAL DAMAGE
Tissue tore, bones broke, muscles strained. This is what everyone focuses on fixing.
NERVOUS SYSTEM ALARM
Your brain created fear programs to "protect" you. These programs are still running in the background.
IDENTITY HIT
The part of you that came alive in your sport feels lost, leaving you questioning who you are.
The problem: everyone only fixes #1, your tissues healed, but your nervous system is still screaming "DANGER!" every time you try to perform...
Stuck or Flowing ?
From self-protection and doubt → to trust and peak performance.

FAQ & ANSWER
Just because your tissue has healed doesn't mean your nervous system got the message. Your brain is still running protective programs that keep you cautious and tense.
Complete recovery means getting your mind and body back in sync.
This is a holistic approach where we work on the mind alongside the body - therapy combined with coaching.
While traditional approaches focus on mindset and coping strategies, I target the fear patterns at their source and calm your nervous system. When we need to go deeper, we might use hypnotherapy/rapid transformational therapy, but this isn't always the case.
I meet you where you are and create a highly personalized plan.
My approach works for any sport and any injury because it targets the universal patterns your nervous system creates after trauma.
Whether you're a footballer with a knee injury or a climber with a shoulder problem, the fear responses follow the same pathways.
Most athletes notice shifts within the first 2-3 weeks - feeling calmer, moving more freely, sleeping better.
The deeper changes happen over 6-12 weeks, but you'll feel progress throughout the process.
If you've tried everything physical and you're still stuck, that tells us the block is
mental/nervous system-based.
That's exactly what I specialize in.
The fact that other approaches haven't worked actually makes you an ideal candidate for this work.
You'll have the tools to handle it completely differently. Instead of creating new fear patterns, you'll know how to process the experience and bounce back faster.
Many clients say their relationship with risk and setbacks transforms permanently.
Not necessarily. My approach is completely personalized. I meet you exactly where you are in your recovery.
Some athletes need deeper work to clear fear patterns, others just need coaching and nervous system tools.
We'll figure out what's right for you.
Actually, this is often the perfect time to start. The sooner we address both the physical AND mental side together, the smoother your entire recovery will be.
I can work with you whether you're fresh off the injury table or months into rehab and still struggling.
It's actually the opposite.
Anyone can ignore the mental side and stay stuck in the same patterns. It takes real strength and commitment to look at what's actually holding you back and do something about it.
The toughest athletes I know are the ones willing to work on the whole picture.
Whether you recognize it or not, you're a complex human being with a nervous system that responds to stress, fear, and trauma. Your body doesn't separate "physical" from "mental" - it's all connected.
Ignoring half the equation is why so many athletes get stuck or re-injured.
Here's the thing: if the "just push through it" approach worked, you'd already be back to your best. But you're here because something's still not right.
Real recovery means building strong foundations, addressing the human under the athlete first, then helping that athlete perform at their best. It's actually the fastest way to get you back to playing the way you want to.
You'll have the tools to handle it completely differently. Instead of creating new fear patterns, you'll know how to process the experience and bounce back faster.

Testimonials
“Noemi didn’t just get me back on track – she helped me perform better than I ever imagined.”
When marathon training injuries threatened to derail months of preparation, finding Noemi was a complete game-changer. What struck me immediately was how professional yet
approachable she was – she genuinely cared about getting me back to peak performance and took the time to help me heal properly.
But here’s what sets her apart: the visualization audio she created became my secret weapon. In those nerve-wracking days before the marathon, it transformed my mindset completely. I found myself listening to it repeatedly, feeling more in control and believing in myself with each session.
Race day proved everything. When the going got tough and it always does in a marathon – those mental tools Noemi had given me kicked in. The imagery and affirmations became my lifeline, giving me exactly the mental boost I needed when my body wanted to quit.
If you’re dealing with any injury, don’t settle for basic recovery. Noemi’s expertise and holistic approach to both physical healing and mental preparation will give you an edge you never knew you needed.

“After months of failed traditional recovery, Noemi showed me the missing piece I never
knew I needed.”
I’d never had a serious injury before my groin problem sidelined me for months. Despite
regular physio and all the recommended strength training, nothing was working – I was
stuck in a frustrating cycle of setbacks.
Then I found Noemi. I’ll be honest, I was sceptical when she explained how powerful the
mind can be in healing physical injuries. It didn’t fit with the traditional recovery approach I’d
been following.
But Noemi opened my eyes to something crucial: the importance of mindset and the
language I was using about my injury – not just out loud, but in my own head. She gave me a
structured approach that completely transformed how I viewed being injured.
The real test came at the Bristol 10k. Using the techniques Noemi taught me, I was able to
run/walk the entire distance without the fear of injury relapse taking over my mind. That mental breakthrough was as important as any physical milestone. If you’re doing everything right on the physical side but still struggling, I’d highly recommend
working with Noemi to build the mental side too. It’s the missing piece that can make all the
difference.

“After years of feeling trapped by ‘unlucky’ situations, Noemi helped me discover I had
more control than I ever imagined.”
Before working with Noemi, I was constantly blocked from reaching my goals by what felt
like random bad luck – none of it seemed to be my fault, yet the frustration, pain, and
anxiety kept piling up. Over the years, I’d tried psychologists, psychotherapy, even
medication, but nothing truly helped me break free.
Working with Noemi was the turning point. Through our sessions, I finally understood that
these ‘unlucky’ situations weren’t random at all – they were patterns I was unconsciously
creating, driven by unresolved pain from my past. Once we uncovered and rewrote those
subconscious programmes, everything shifted. After three years stuck in the same injury
cycle, I finally broke free.
One of the most powerful lessons was learning to stay positive even when things don’t go as
planned. At first this felt impossible, but Noemi showed me how this mindset shift really is
the key to lasting change. Her motivational messages, images, and consistent check-ins gave
me exactly the push I needed to keep going.
I’ll be honest – it wasn’t always comfortable. Noemi never allowed me to hide behind
excuses, and sometimes that was frustrating. But I realized it was exactly what I needed.
That firm guidance stopped me from falling back into old patterns.
The results speak for themselves: I joined a great team, found happiness in my personal life,
and for the first time in years feel lighter, calmer, and no longer consumed by constant
anxiety. Most importantly, the injury cycle that defined my life for three years is finally
behind me.

Take control of your recovery, be an active participant in it. Address the mental and physical roadblocks holding you back. Get back on the field feeling confident, in control, and ready to play your best
OR
Keep doing the same rehab over and over, hoping this time will be different. Keep second guessing your body. Keep sitting on the sidelines while others enjoy the game you love.
